Payment Methods
All prices and invoices are in US Dollars. We accept credit cards through PayPal as well as checks and money orders through the mail. For International customers who are unable to use PayPal, we recommend using a service like Western Union.

Ordering Process
Our ordering process is simple. Cases and Accessories may be ordered via your choice of two methods. Orders paid with credit cards through PayPal are handled online. Just add the items to the PayPal cart using the forms on each product page. When you are done shopping, complete the checkout to submit your order. To pay by check or money order, print and fill out the Mail-In Order Form. Regardless of the ordering method, payment in full is due at the time of your order.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary because each case is hand-made to your specifications. Please understand that the custom nature of our products means that they are not on-the-shelf and ready-to-ship. If you need your case by a certain date, please specify this on your order. If we can't accommodate the request, we will notify you quickly. We attempt to deliver cases in about two weeks but at certain times delivery may take four to six weeks.

Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate on shipments to the 48 contiguous states. Orders for cases will be subject to a shipping charge of $30 per 100 Series case and $40 per 300 Series case. Orders that contain only Accessories will be charged $9 per order. Shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states will be invoiced for the shipping cost difference, based upon actual rates. Products will ship upon payment of this balance. International orders are subject to the duties and taxes charged by your country; international orders will only be shipped by Air. If your order is not subject to the flat rates described above, you may contact us for a shipping quote.

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied with your product, please return the item within 15 days for a prompt exchange, refund or credit. We only ask that you return the product unused and/or in its original condition, and you will receive a full refund of purchase price. Freight charges on returns are not refundable. Please contact us before returning a product.

12-Month Workmanship Warranty
Should there be any problems with the workmanship of your product, within 12 months of purchase date, then we will gladly attend to replacement, repair or refund. General wear and tear, fading of fabric, and compression of padding is excluded. Note: It is normal for cushioning and padding to shape to your instrument. This results in a custom fit that "fits like a glove".

Outer Shell of Case
The outer shell of your case is not manufactured by Raw Brass and is not covered by our Workmanship Warranty. However, we will assist you in obtaining any replacement or repair parts that may be required.

Damage/Theft Disclaimer
Raw Brass does not guarantee the safety and/or security of any Raw Brass Case or anything stored/transported in a Raw Brass Case (including damage or theft of the case and/or its contents). Such causes for damage may be, but are not limited to, 1) improper or abusive luggage handling, 2) improper placement of instruments in the case, 3) failure to purchase and/or use the appropriate dividers/cushions, pillows in the case, and 4) storing accessories or additional instruments in the case. The owner of a Raw Brass case must accept complete responsibility for the case and all contents in the case. Raw Brass STRONGLY recommends that you insure all valuable instruments and accessories that you own.
